Over the past 10 years we have catered for hundreds of events and a full hog roast is a great visual which will impress your guests and get their taste buds going!
All the pigs we use for our hog roasts are selected from our own Gloucester Old Spot & Welsh pigs which we breed ourselves on the farm where welfare is paramount.
We slow roast our pigs for 8 – 10 hours producing succulent soft pork with crunchy golden crackling, homemade apple sauce & stuffing on a soft white bun.
This includes the Hog, 2 or 3 members of staff, gazebo, freshly baked bread, homemade apple sauce and sage & onion stuffing.
We also have a selection of salads that we make ourselves up at the farm using fresh produce.
The ultimate baked potatoes and Roasted Vegetables are cooked in our specialist ovens at the farm and transported in hot boxes to your event. On arrival they will be displayed on a hot plate to ensure that they stay warm and crisp for as long as you need.
